The concierge walks them through it step by step: restart the router, forget the network and reconnect with the password from the app. Only when there's nothing left to try does it pass it to Sara to take a look, with everything already tried on record. Don't confirm late check-outs without you, escalate serious breakdowns, never promise discounts. Common policies are set with one tap and the concierge follows them. And some lines it never crosses by design: it doesn't share the door code in chat and it never moves money.

No, never in chat. The code is delivered through the app's secure flow, at the right time. That's a design rule no setting can turn off.
