Features · Your guest's app
Their whole stay in one place, under your brand.
Your guest gets one link and has it all: how to arrive, the code at the right time, the WiFi, the manual, the area. Nothing to download. And the header carries your name, not ours.
The demo is the real product, with a sample stay.
The arrival, guided end to end.
Days before, the app shows them how to get there and what they'll need. On arrival day, the code appears right on time. If online check-in is pending, the app reminds them.
One link, no downloads, in their language.
No app stores. Your guest opens their link and the app works on their phone, in Spanish, English, German, French or Italian. The brand, colours and photo are your property's.
The local guide, always current.
Beaches, restaurants and events near your property, with real ratings, updated live. Each day the app suggests a plan. You maintain nothing.
Reviews, looked after by design.
At the end of the stay, the app asks how it went. Happy guests are walked to the public review. A guest with a problem is heard in private and brought to you, before it becomes a review.
Eva's arrival.
When Eva lands, she opens her link from the taxi and the app shows her the way.
Her code appears at check-in time, the WiFi copies with one tap, and she sees today's plan: Las Burras beach and where to eat.
She arrives and settles in without writing to you once.
Works alongside your PMS. It doesn't replace it. Your bookings flow in on their own from Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo or the PMS you already use. Your calendar and your rates stay exactly where they are: anpira looks after the guest experience, not your back office. Nothing to migrate, nothing breaks, and it connects in minutes. And if you don't use a PMS, you don't need one: anpira works just as well on its own.
Quick questions.
Does my guest have to download anything?
No. It's a link that opens in the phone's browser and works like an app. They can add it to their home screen if they want.
Is it my brand or anpira's?
Yours: your name, your cover photo, your colours. anpira doesn't appear in your guest's app header.
When does the guest see the entry code?
At the time you choose, on arrival day. Before that window the code isn't shown, and you can tie it to online check-in being complete.
What happens when the stay ends?
The app walks them through checkout, asks how it went and guides the review. Then the link expires on its own.
