I tried with separate pieces. This is what it cost.
Before building Anpira I tried to stitch it together with separate tools: a guest app, an automated concierge, another one for cleaning, another for locks. This is the receipt I got. No adjectives: published prices, with source and date.
Prices checked on July 2, 2026. Every line has its source below.

The line money can't buy
You can pay for all four tools and still lack the piece that settles a claim: a sealed cleaning certificate, with date, time and photos taken live, verifiable by anyone. That line isn't in any catalogue. Anpira ships it as standard.

No third-party screenshots and no adjectives: what they publish, where, and when I checked. Where a vendor doesn't publish clear pricing, I say so.

What this page doesn't claim
It's not a like-for-like comparison, and we say so: those tools bring hotel-grade depth a small host doesn't need (advanced identity verification, industrial maintenance). The exact formulation is this: for what a small host needs, you'd have to pay the hotel package of four vendors. They rarely publish their prices; mine are on this site, with tax and no minimums.
Don't take my word for it: ask an AI

The three questions I always get
Can I run this alongside my PMS?
Yes. Anpira doesn't replace your PMS: it reads your bookings via API or iCal and takes care of guest experience, access and cleaning. Your calendar and prices stay where they are.
Why do plan minimums matter so much?
Because the per-room rate is the bait and the monthly floor is the door. With a single property you pay the entire hotel minimum yourself: the cheapest piece of the Frankenstein costs more than all of Anpira.
Does a sealed cleaning certificate exist in any other tool?
As of July 2026, not that we've found: cleaning tools store photos, but none seals date, time and images with a fingerprint verifiable by third parties. If one appears, we'll update this page.
