Does it work with Booking and Airbnb?
Yes. Bookings from Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo and any channel with an iCal calendar flow in on their own. And if your PMS has an API (Smoobu, Hostaway, Lodgify, OwnerRez, Hospitable), it connects in minutes.
What exactly does the AI concierge do?
It attends your guests instantly and in their language, with your property's information: you upload your guide (PDF, photos or text) and it learns from it. It resolves the surprises it can resolve and escalates to the host with judgement: when it can't, when it's serious, or when it detects the guest is upset. Every conversation is logged and can be exported as a sealed record.
Do I need a PMS to use anpira?
No. anpira works on its own: you can create bookings manually or import your Airbnb listing. And if you already use a PMS, anpira works alongside it without touching it: your calendar and your rates stay where they are.
What happens when the 14-day trial ends?

Who owns my guests' data?
You do. anpira processes it on your behalf, encrypted and isolated per customer, and never sells or shares it. Traveller-registration data is stored encrypted for the 3 years the law requires and then deleted.

Yes. No lock-in: you cancel from your dashboard whenever you want and there are no charges for the following period.
