Each team or area gets a link with its PIN, and that link opens only the properties you choose: nobody sees what isn't theirs. Nothing to install, no user accounts to create. If the team changes, rotate the code or revoke it.

The cleaner taps the home they're cleaning, ticks the points as they go and takes the photos the app requests in the areas that matter. When they finish they tap Ready to receive, and in your panel the home turns ready, instantly and without calls.
Every preparation leaves its certificate.
When the cleaning closes, a certificate remains with the checklist and its photos: what was done, when, and with what evidence. If a claim ever comes, you don't dig through your phone for screenshots: the preparation is documented and verifiable in Verify.

What if the cleaning person changes?
Rotate the link's code or revoke it from your panel. No keys to recover, no users to delete.
