Terms and conditions

These terms govern hosts' use of Anpira. Provider: Yassin Boujendar Monzon, NIF 42218936K, Calle Dinamarca 5, 35100 Playa del Inglés (Las Palmas).

Account and trial

Sign-up includes a 14-day trial. After that, continued use may require a paid subscription depending on the number of properties.

Pricing

The price is per property per month, plus tax: 1 to 3 at €12, 4 to 8 at €10.50, 9 or more at €9. The subscription adjusts as you add properties.

Guest payments

Charges for guest extras are processed via Stripe into the host's account. Anpira applies a platform commission on those extras.

Host responsibility

The host warrants that the owner details are accurate and is responsible for the content of their app and for the relationship with their guests.

Cleaning certificates

Anpira seals the integrity of the turnaround record (date, time and live photos, unalterable). Anpira does not certify the truth or the quality of the cleaning: the state of the property is declared by the host, who is solely responsible for it.

Warranty and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is", without implied warranties. Anpira makes reasonable efforts to keep it secure and available, but does not guarantee results. Maximum liability for demonstrable direct damages is limited to the amounts paid in the last 12 months.

Availability

Target availability of 99.5% per month. Planned maintenance is announced in advance. We rely on third parties, so this is not a guaranteed commitment.

Billing

Automatic monthly charge, with invoice. No refunds for partial months, except for a serious error by Anpira. Billing questions: billing@anpira.com.

Changes

Price changes or changes to these terms are announced 30 days in advance; if you don't accept them, you may cancel without penalty.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time from your dashboard or at support@anpira.com; the property's portal ends at the close of the current billing period.

Law and jurisdiction

Governed by Spanish law. Disputes are settled before the courts of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, unless you are a consumer, in which case the courts of your domicile apply.
