What data we process
From hosts: account and billing data and the owner details provided at sign-up. From guests: their booking data, processed on behalf of the host (Anpira acts as data processor).
Purpose and legal basis
To provide the service (performance of the contract) and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell data.
Providers
Processing data on Anpira's behalf: Neon (database, EU), Clerk (authentication), Stripe (payments), Cloudflare R2 (images), Resend (email), Anthropic (assistant), Google (maps) and Sentry (errors).
Assistant
The concierge is an automated assistant. Its answers may contain errors and do not replace the host. Guest data is not used to train models.
Your rights
You may exercise access, rectification, erasure, objection and portability at privacy@anpira.com. General support: support@anpira.com.
Retention
We keep data while the account is active and as required by applicable law.
These terms are available in several languages. In the event of any discrepancy between versions, the Spanish version prevails.
