Features · Online check-in & traveller registry
The traveller report, prepared and filed without you typing it.
Each guest registers from their phone before arriving: they scan their ID and the details fill themselves in. anpira prepares the report and files it with the Ministry on arrival day. You just check that everything is green.
Spain's traveller registry under RD 933/2021 (SES.HOSPEDAJES), with the official receipt stored as proof.
Guests register themselves, from their phones.
A five-step assistant in their language. They scan their ID with the camera and the name, number and nationality fill in automatically. The municipality comes from the official list and the country from a dropdown: no cryptic codes to type.
Filing with the Ministry, automatic and with a receipt.
On arrival day, anpira files the report with Spain's traveller registry (SES.HOSPEDAJES) and stores the official receipt as proof. If something doesn't add up, nothing goes out half-done: you get the reason and fix it in a minute from your panel.
Encryption and a 3-year archive.
ID details travel and rest encrypted, only you can view them, and every access is logged. They're kept for the 3 years the law requires, then deleted automatically. The photo of the document is never stored.
A family of four.
A booking for 4. The lead guest registers in two minutes and shares the link in the family chat.
Each one registers from their own phone. The app keeps count: 2 of 4, 3 of 4, 4 of 4.
On arrival day, the report is filed with the Ministry and the receipt is stored.
You see it all green in your panel, without typing a thing.
Works alongside your PMS. It doesn't replace it. Your bookings flow in on their own from Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo or the PMS you already use. Your calendar and your rates stay exactly where they are: anpira looks after the guest experience, not your back office. Nothing to migrate, nothing breaks, and it connects in minutes. And if you don't use a PMS, you don't need one: anpira works just as well on its own.
Quick questions.
Is the traveller report mandatory for my rental in Spain?
Yes. RD 933/2021 requires registering travellers over 14 and filing the report. Fines for not doing it range from hundreds to thousands of euros.
What if my property is in Catalonia or the Basque Country?
Those regions use their own registries (Mossos and Ertzaintza) which we don't cover today. anpira files with SES.HOSPEDAJES, the Interior Ministry registry that applies in the rest of Spain, the Canaries included.
Is my guests' data safe?
It travels and rests encrypted, only you can view it, and every access is logged. The ID image is used to read the details and is never stored.
What if my guest skips the online check-in?
The app reminds them, and you can tie the entry code to completing it. If they still don't, you can register them from your panel in a minute.
